200 RYT, Reiki and Aromatherapy

Jen's spiritual journey started when she was living in San Diego. Physical activity and movement have always played an important part for her physical and mental health. Jen studied Reiki and Aromatherapy while living there which was very transformative for her. When traveling on a solo trip to Bali, Jen made the decision to immerse herself fully in the wellness world both in her personal life and in business. Jen left her corporate career to bring her dreams to life. Now back in Minnesota her roots, it is her goal, passion and purpose to bring the same wellness that shaped her life to as many people as possible! When not on her mat, you can find Jen with her two furry pups going on walks, traveling abroad or looking for a local adventure.

Vinyasa Flow

CorePower Yoga certified

Hi there! My name is Stephanie (she/her/hers), and I am a Twin Cities yoga teacher who teaches a vinyasa-style practice. I am a certified instructor through the CorePower training program; and my classes emphasize strength, accessibility, exploration, and rest. You know your body best. In my sessions, you will have a variety of options to play with so you can find a practice that serves you. Not just the people around you. My goal is to create a welcoming space where you can listen to your body, challenge yourself when it feels right, and take breaks when you want to. Outside of yoga, I love supporting the creative arts and spending time with my dog, August.
